Concept, design & photography for Sense, a publication exploring our sensory experiences and how they affect the navigation of our surroundings. This issue focuses on scent and memory, and how inseparable they really are. 

Sense begins with an article explaning the breakdown of a fragrance, then moves into a scientific journal excerpt on how odor triggers memories in the hippocampus. Each following section is contextualized within the information in these first two sections. They are more abstract explorations of how a visual can trigger a smell or memory.
